Is there a dress code, and are golf shoes necessary?

While golf attire isn’t required, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for swinging clubs. Spikeless or soft-spike golf shoes are ideal, but sneakers or other supportive, rubber-soled shoes work just as well. Please avoid traditional golf spikes, as well as slippery-soled shoes like loafers or dress shoes, for your safety.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

At this time, we kindly ask that you bring your own clubs. As we assess the needs of our customers, we will consider adding in-house club options, for both adults and kids, in the future to better accommodate your experience.

Can I bring my own golf balls, or do I need specific ones?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, you can bring your own golf balls, and there’s no need for special balls or markings. Trackman iO is compatible with the same golf balls you use on the course. Since every golfer has unique swing speeds, we understand that ball preference is a key part of your game. We only ask that you use brand new balls when hitting on the simulators.

How long does it take to play a round of golf?

It usually takes about 1 hour per player to play 18 holes.

Can I bring a guest, even if they don’t want to play?

Absolutely! Non-playing guests are more than welcome to join you, hang out, and enjoy the experience. If your guest would like to play, they are welcome to do so with the payment of a guest fee. We encourage you to share the fun with friends and family, whether they’re playing or simply watching.

What if I need assistance with the simulator?

Our team will guide you through everything you need to know about using the simulator and always available to answer any questions or provide assistance during your visit. Additionally, Trackman offers a dedicated customer support line for any technical inquiries, ensuring you have all the help you need for a seamless experience.

What courses can I play on Trackman?

Do you offer food and beverages?

We offer a variety of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages into our space – or have them delivered! Individuals must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring children! We ask that they be supervised at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We encourage families to enjoy the experience together while being mindful of those around them.
